Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs and border logistics. 

Damaged / Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact help@sparktrendz.com within a week of delivery. Make sure to provide photos and your order number in the email. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
